The 2018 edition of Connecting Borders will take place from July 1st - July 11th in Iznik, Turkey. Prior to the course, the facilitator team will be in Istanbul from June 26th - June 30th for facilitator training.

Day 1: The facilitator team focused on team building exercises, working styles and setting expectations for the course. In the evening, the facilitators went on a boat ride from the European side of Istanbul to the Asian side.

Day 2: Taking advantage of the nice Istanbul weather, the team had breakfast in the park and an outdoor facilitation workshop. The second half of the day was focused on content and finalising the schedule.
